Using NVMe Flash as DRAM Expansion for TPC-C workload with ScaleMP vSMP Foundation FLX

The scope of the experiment was to measure and compare the performance of the TPC-C benchmark on a server where the system memory was exclusively made of standard DRAM vs. a server where the system memory was made from a combination of DRAM and NVMe disks (which were configured as a DRAM expansion using ScaleMP’s vSMP Foundation FLash eXpansion Software Defined Memory over Storage).
